OTHER INFO ABOUT PRICING
Small animals/ minions/ familiars, unless very detailed, don't count as "full" additional characters. For them there's a specific fee of 10 usd each.
All detailed weapons and props will have an additional fee of 20 USD each. Check here if you're unsure if your prop requires a fee or not.
Pricing for FFXIV Lalafell commissions is a little different. For single character commissions or commissions containing only Lalafell characters, the base prices follow the table bellow (regardless if it's a waist up or full body commission). Prices for additional character are the same.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND TERMS!
GENERAL
✦ I retain the rights to display the commissioned piece on any of my social media or portfolios. If the client wishes to keep the commission private it should be discussed beforehand. The copies posted will be watermarked and smaller in size.
✦ If you're commissioning art of someone else's character(s), please make sure that it's something the owner is ok with.
✦ Personal art may happen between commissions.USE
✦ The commissioned drawings are for personal use only (should not be used for financial gain in any form, unless previously discussed).
✦ My art must never be used for NFTs or AI training/generation.
✦ The client is not allowed to claim the artwork as their own.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ I like to take my time with my commissions. I always try to get them done as soon as possible, but I don’t work with a set amount of time when drawing. Please be mindful that commissions further in the queue will usually take longer to get started and finished. You can always check your commission status on my queue page.
✦ If you need your commission done by a certain date, please make that clear in your request. Tight deadlines will have an additional fee and will require reliable response time from the commissioner.
✦ Images are sent in png format and in high resolution. As they’re digital art commissions, no physical goods will be sent to the commissioner.REFUNDS
✦ A full refund will be issued if for any reason I have to stop working and become unable to fulfill your request.
✦ Otherwise, once the drawing process starts the commission is non-refundable.COMMUNICATION
✦ Communication through e-mail is preferred, but feel free to contact me on any of my social medias if you have any questions or concerns.
✦ For ko-fi commissions, by default I'll use the site's message system to communicate. If the commissioner prefers, communication can be done via e-mail as an alternative.
COMMISSION PROCCESS (FOR FORM COMMISSIONS ONLY)
Fill and send the commission request form bellow. If you wish to know beforehand what information you will need for the form you can also find the form information page bellow.
After I close the form I'll read and review its contents. If the form is chosen/accepted I'll contact the commissioner.
Full payment is made upfront and through Paypal. If your form is approved, I will e-mail you and then send an invoice to your preferred e-mail address. I’ll start working as soon as possible after I confirm the payment is done, according to my queue order.
First revision is made on the sketch stage. Please check your e-mail carefully during the commission proccess! (in case my e-mails end up in the spam folder) You can check if I've sent you a copy for revision by looking at your status on the queue page.
Once everything looks ok with the sketch, I'll move on to lineart and coloring/shading.
After coloring/shading is done, I'll send you a copy for a second and last revision. At this point, if no answer is given in two weeks I'll consider the commission finished.

Please be aware that submitting a form doesn't guarantee a slot right away. The submitted form will be reviewed by me first before being accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REFERENCES!
✦ If the commission is for a full body piece, please provide a clear full body reference of your character.
✦ If the piece include two or more characters with significant height differences, please include a height comparison chart/picture.
✦ If the piece include two or more characters, it is helpful to include a little bit of information about the dynamic between them. Doesn't need to be too detailed, just an overall idea. You can include this info in your description instead, if you prefer.
✦ Note that details that are not depicted (or are not clear) in the reference images should be mentioned if you'd like them to be included.
✦ If the character has many different references, please mention which one(s) would you like to be the used for the commission.
✦ For FFXIV and other games: although a list of equipped gear is not required it is always very helpful to me!
